Kingsbury's "little yellow busses" run in convenient locations throughout northern Oakland county and southern Lapeer county as well as parts of northwest Macomb county. Kingsbury students come from 20 different communities and 25 different zip codes.
If you live in Oakland, Rochester, Macomb, Romeo, Lake Angelus, Clarkston, Brandon, Oxford, Lake Orion, Metamora, Dryden, Lapeer and surrounds, there's a good chance a Kingsbury bus stop is close to your home. Bus routes are established in August of each year based on locations of our families.
Kingsbury offers transportation hub service in Rochester Hills, Oakland Township (Goodison) and Orion Township. The Kingsbury bus will pick up and drop off at three approved child care centers in these areas so that parents who need a safe, stimulating place for their child to be for a longer day can avail themselves of the extra hours of care close to home. We are happy to offer supplementary child care at the following facilities: Babes in Toyland at Tienken and Rochester Roads, Goodison Day Care Center on Collins at Orion Road and The Pee Wee Patch on M-24 at Stadium (near Lake Orion High School).
Note: before and after care is also available at Kingsbury Country Day School. All services are provided on a fee basis.
