Philosophy

On Her Profession

An understanding of world history and current cultural events is key to being a productive citizen of our global community. Middle school students come to class with an honest desire to examine the world and understand how they can best impact societies both near and far. Guiding students through this exploration is truly an honor. Watching them learn to both challenge and integrate ideas is what makes this profession so worthwhile.

On Kingsbury

The best aspect of KCDS is the community. Every student, parent, teacher and staff member is dedicated to being a life long learner who matures through positive interactions with others.

On Kingsbury Kids

Speaking not only as a teacher, but also as a parent at this school, I treasure the fact that all students look out for one another. Our strong community is the foundation for close friendships across grade levels. Our students not only learn with their peers, but from them as well.
